Unlike most rival independent suppliers who rely upon equipment manufacturers for servicing and repair, we employ a technical services team based at our head office, together with service engineers out on the road, covering the whole country.
As a fully-approved Royal Mail servicing organisation, we are able to ensure your machines are inspected and maintained annually, as required by your licence to frank, and provide different levels of maintenance contract depending on your needs and budget. Our comprehensive cover package includes machine self-diagnostics, online help, telephone support from trained technicians and, if the fault cannot be remedied remotely, a choice of next-day servicing, machine replacement or ‘return to base’ maintenance.
As an alternative to the normal property insurance cover for leased mailroom equipment, we also include our BeyondCover repair and replacement deal, which removes the need for commercial cover. For a modest fixed fee based on the value of your equipment, we will repair or replace your faulty equipment at no extra cost, even if the equipment price has risen since starting your agreement. Unlike traditional insurance, there are no charges for claiming, no excesses and no penalties for continuing coverage. It all adds up to no-fuss cover.
