“I just wanted to drop a quick note about the excellent service that we received from Steve Harley when he popped in to install our machine.
We have an external IT team who provided you with the LAN information, which ended up not working correctly as the ports that were near our machine were not patched in. As they are not on site we had to call them up and discuss how to fix the issue, which made the installation take longer than I imagine it would have normally.
Nothing was too much trouble for Steve, he spent time on the phone trying to troubleshoot the issue, patched the network port in our server room, spent time showing me how the machine worked and packaged up our old machine ready to send back.
He was so friendly and accommodating, it was a refreshing change for someone to genuinely want to help and not try to cut corners or get in and out as quickly as possible, especially as it was our problem, not yours!
So I just wanted to send a little thank you, and give some great feedback on Steve as he definitely deserves it 😊”
