“I just wanted to drop an email over in recognition of the support and help we got recently from Rachel Ashe.

We ordered a new franking machine to be delivered and installed by yourselves. When the machine did not arrive I turned to Rachel to help solve our issues. She could not do enough for us to try and find our missing package (which took some detective work!*) and even arranged for a new one to arrive ready for our install date.

She always replied promptly to any query I had and even if there was no news because she was waiting for an update from the couriers, she would tell me. Rachel made what could have been a stressful situation much easier and ensured that the changeover of machines was as easy as possible. Even after install she still helped over getting the new logo sorted and making sure it was all up and running.

I think people are quick enough to moan about issues but they don’t always take the time to recognise when someone has done a good job. Many thanks to Rachel for her hard work.”

* builders had accepted the machine and stored it in a site shed for safety…, then forgot
