Everything is pretty damn good with regards the machine, I have adjusted to its quirky little ways and we are now friends!! Service has defo been a big fat sparkly No.1.
I like the fact I can ring anytime and things are sorted promptly. I even have the service man’s number now, so when I was having trouble connecting to our new wi-fi router I just sent him a text and he told me what I needed to do which was great.
Usually, I am the sort of person that you will only hear from me when something goes wrong! 🙂
