“I would just like to say that I had a problem with our franking machine this morning and Samuel very quickly phoned me up to sort it out. My phone wouldn’t allow me to stand in front of the machine so Samuel rang my mobile to enable him to talk me through.

Also, Charlotte Jolly was very helpful to me yesterday when I spoke to her about returning new ink cartridges that were for our old machine. She sent me a freepost address and said once they receive them she will send two new ones for our new machine. Our old machine will be picked up in a week or so.

Overall, a very positive experience!
