Meet Rachel Ashe

Rachel has worked here for 5 years, progressing from Telesales, to Customer Service (with a brief time in OPT) before finally settling in the Service Team. Responsible for equipment installations, breakdowns and Royal Mail courtesy visits, she deal with customers, engineers and our many other departments.

Loves – what makes you happy:

Sunday adventures with my dog, Bellatrix, then coming home to a slow cooker tea and cuddles with the cats – its life’s simple things!

Hates – what makes you sad:

People who put other people down, life is tricky enough without us turning on each other

If you could change one thing, what would it be – it could about you, the world or life:

I would change my house – I want a farm, a lovely big farm, with endless fields, streams and woods to explore (I would then get more dogs, cats, sheep, cows, horses – you get the picture!)
