How to send recorded delivery with your franking machine
Do you need to send important or valuable mail? If so, it is possible to send your franked mail using Royal Mail’s special or recorded signed for delivery services.
Special Delivery
Royal Mail’s Special Delivery will ensure your urgent mail is delivered on time, and can be insured for up to the value of £2,000. If your delivery absolutely must arrive at its destination before 9am, there is Royal Mail Special Delivery 9:00am, or if you need your mail to arrive the next day, even when posting on a Friday, there is Special Delivery with Saturday Guarantee.
Recorded Delivery
When sending important mail, Royal Mail’s Signed For delivery service provides signed proof that your parcel or letter has arrived at its destination, offering added peace of mind.
