Royal Mail International Price Rise

3 August 2020
Royal Mail International Price Rise

Due to the continuing impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on international air travel, the Royal Mail have announced that from 1 September 2020 postage prices to Europe and World Zones 1 & 2 will increase.

Prices for sending within the UK remain unchanged, along with prices to World Zone 3 (USA) introduced on 1 July 2020, however due to the shortages in air capacity and subsequent increase in air carrier costs, the Royal Mail is unable to continue to absorb these rises within the existing prices.

Customers using franking machines will continue to receive discounts against Royal Mail’s standard international postage tariffs, but will need to ensure their machines are updated by 1 September 2020.

Please call the team at TMR if you have any questions, or download the new International Price List.
