How to change address on franking machine

If your business changes address then it’s important to let us know as soon as possible as The Royal Mail require the exact location of where your franking machine is being used. This is because each franking machine must be licensed to be used at a specific address.
Your franking machine licence includes your business name and address, machine serial number and a unique die number. A sticker with these details is attached to your franking machine for identification purposes. If your address or any of these other details change then you must let us know so that we can notify The Royal Mail of these changes.
Also don’t forget to get your mail redirected to your new address!
