Your franking machine means money to your business, that’s why we know you can’t afford for it to be out of action for the most essential period of every day; when you process and send your mail.
Different levels of maintenance contract and cover are available, dependant on your requirements and your budget.
All our customers receive four levels of support when taking out our full comprehensive cover:-
1 – Machine self-diagnostics
2 – Online help and support
3 – Telephone support from one of our trained technicians
4 – If your fault can’t be fixed remotely then we give you a number of options:
Next day service – An engineer will visit your site and correct the fault.
Machine swap out – We will send you out a replacement machine delivered next day and you return the old one to us to repair.
3 day service – Return the machine to us and we will repair and return it the same day as it is received. We call this our “Return to Base” maintenance.
You’re in control.
This huge range of choice covered by our full comprehensive maintenance means you are in control of how fast our response time to your problem is. The standard procedure means an engineer on site within 8 hours, however we can offer a response time of 4/6 hours for those extremely important circumstances.
All customers receive machine inspections to minimise the chance that the machine will have future problems as well as the inclusion of all parts and labour (with the exception of consumable items, inks and labels).
