Our latest range of machines all use inkjet technology ( mymail, ultimail and centormail) this enables to control the amount of ink squirted onto each envelope and also being as they are reusable cartridges means that when eventually the ink does run out they can be refilled using natural resources.
We offer a recycling facility for all used cartridges and this facility is also available for 'dead' franking machines.

At themailingroom.com we take green issues and the environment very seriously indeed. We are currently working toward our iso 9000 accreditation.
All of our franking machines and range of folders inserters are particularly eco friendly with remarkably low levels of emissions.
In addition all used machines are recycled either to be cannibalised for spare parts for existing machines or sent to a recycling plant just outside of Berlin.
Likewise all of our used consumables can be recycled and are marked with the address of the recycling depot on all consumables.
